If “Possession is nine-tenths of the law,” what are the points
it outweighs?
The expression “possession is nine-tenths of the law” is from the eighteenth
century and means that in the pursuit of justice possession in a
dispute over property outweighs these nine other essential elements of
a good court case: a lot of money, a lot of patience, a good cause, a good
lawyer, good counsel, good witnesses, a good jury, a good judge, and
good luck.

A QUESTION FOR AMERICA:
Is "pretty good" pretty much like "pretty clear?" Because I'm "pretty sure" it is not.

Since the Just-Us System let down killercop and left him without his family, worldly possessions and good name, to help him regain them back he is having a sale of his only known valuable, worldly possession not taken by from him by force by the U.S. government, when they weren't busy torturing him.
This possession, as you will recall from the pretrial motion by the government, is a cdrom called LA-15, which contains all 8000 social security numbers, matching dates of birth, home and business address, and other personal financial data, inter alia, on every past and some present employee(s) of Global Crossing, Inc.
She tried to get it back..but too late.

The money from the sale of the cdrom will be used entirely to finance his appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, unless the Ninth reconsiders, on one issue alone, and for other purposes. But we're not holding our breath on justice from the Ninth in this District.

The common myth is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land.
If the Constitution is the highest Law of the Land, and any statute to be valid, they must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a statute violating it to be valid. One alone must prevail, and that is the Constitution.
"Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, it affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it . . ..

The Constitution guarantees the right of a freeholder to protect his property from Criminal Trespass.
Civil Law or Equity Law is the law of the ruler; Common Law is the law of the People.
It is the sworn duty of the Sheriff to obey and uphold the Constitution and to protect the property and Rights of the freeborn, Sovereign individuals of the County under the Common Law.
County Sheriffs must be advised of the instances where unlawful acts of officials or agencies of government are committed.
It is the duty of the Sheriff to protect the local citizens from such unlawful acts, even when they are committed "under color of law". Or covered up.
