So the Wicked Witch of the West and her evil step child, Elena Declivitous, a woman who hated small children; for she herself was barren, and thought nothing of putting their innocent Fathers away in prison, decided they would lie to the Elf Master, and bring forth a Selective Prosecution against Killercop, with the help of a lower case Detective monkey, within the Mystical Circuit of the Ninth Realm.
Why?
"Cause Gary the 800 pound Gorrila paid them off and bought the investigation into Killercop, he certainly bought off the subpoena. So who knows?
So they had Killercop arrested. Based solely on what the lower flying monkeys said to the bigger monkeys.
And the bigger monkey had to fly out to Free Land, to accuse killercop of international trafficking in arms sales, attempted murder, extortion, and of being a bad Father, too; in case the former was not enough.
When Killercop would not give in to the torture, the monkeys flew him back across the land to the Mystical Circuit of the Ninth Realm, wherein they kept him imprisoned, awaiting a trial-in-name-only.
I say a trial-in-name-only because Killercop was denied basic fundamental rights. Such as the right to be informed of the nature of the crime. Or Due Process.
So the Wicked Witch of the West, the Elf Master and the Apprentice, all met in a secret hearing to discuss how to further deny Killercop's fundamental rights. So they sent him to the Evil Dr. Who. That's a fact.
Elena Declivitous, cried out, "I can cast a spell, on the jury, to taint them against him by blinking my big brown eyes, and the judge can use his evil powers to change the very words of the law!" "And then he can deny all experts to help him."
"Together we are un- confrontable!!" "And un recuseable!" she cackled. "Plus, the numbers are on our side!" she shrieked and cackled again. Hahahaha!
"And after the Apprentice is finished with him, we'll force the dumbest of the dumb to "assist" him, " the Elf Master squeaked. Muhaha!
"Yes,' he said, "the Wizard of Koz will enjoy that. In fact, the whole Realm is in on it!!"
So they did just that, and right before they sentenced him, illegally, Killercop made but one request. "Will you but follow your own law? "
"No!" Said the the Elf Master, "There is no equal protection under the law down here in the Realm of the Mystics."
"Go cry up to the Wizard and see if he will give you an honest and fair rehearing for your thought crimes!!. This is not a complex computer case! " "I know, just KozISaySo."" Here, the law is what I tell you it is..." "So say all my experts, too!"
And then, with a wave of the magic wand and the secret word, "Frivolous," and "PSR!," he vanished in a cloud of smoke and mirrors.
So Killercop went to see the Wizard, but the Wizard was busy making Laws/Rules/Policies and the Wizard wanted to use the Killercop case to make new law of the land. To gain even more "power" over the internet, and that's the end of it. And becuause it would coverup the crimes of his good buddy. At least until he and his activist buddies and Masters decide they will shut it down.
So Killercop went home, after being released from prison and the substantial illegal sentence, to look for his daughter, and try to rebuild his life from scratch, from the prison they sent him to serve out the illegal sentence, many, many years later. And he waited on his porch, reading the paper, and began to write. And this time the numbers were on his side.
So would continue to press the issue of the equality. And one day he would win. It was in his Nature to speak his truth. And no man on Earth could prevent it, lawfully.
