So whether it's Killercop or the prosecutor, if somebody asks a question of a witness and puts into the question an assertion of what the law is, you are not bound by that. I told you that at the beginning. A question isn't evidence. And counsel and the defendant in this case are not entitled to try to tell you what the law is in the form of their questions.
