This Goes Good With A Big Mac
A.K.A., SELECTIVE PROSECUTIONS IN AMERICA. A.K.A. SELECTIVE INVESTIGATIONS, AGAIN IN 2010?

Q Once you find this Internet number, you want to find out who owns it, right?
A That would be the next step of the investigation.
Q And that's the meat and potatoes of a computer investigation by the FBI; correct?
A I think you've simplified it.
Q Do you recall the prosecutor asking you -- the first
question was, "All right. What did you do once you learned
what the IP address was?" and then you answered, "Once I found
out who owned the IP address, I learned that AT&T owned that
address." That's referring to the Gary Winnick IP address that
you were able to ascertain where Killercop was in New Hampshire.
His next question was, "And this is the meat and
potatoes of computer investigation?" And your answer was
correct, correct?
A If you want to show me, then I can answer.
Q Sure. I'll be glad to.
A Correct... I
answered "correct."
Q You get the e-mail address; that's the meat. You get the
IP from the e-mail address; that's the potatoes. The rest is
all gravy. You go after him. Now, his next question was, "Once you have that IP
address, you want to know who the ISP is who owns that
address?" and your answer was "correct; correct?
A Correct.
Q December 12th comes and thousands and thousands of social
security numbers.
Now, did Mrs. Greenwood send you an e-mail on
December 14, 2001 --
A I don't know, sir. Maybe.
Q -- referencing the "evilgx website?"
A If you had something to refresh my memory.
Q Sure. Be glad to. Do you recall this e-mail?
A It looks something similar to an e-mail I received.
Q It's also Cc' ed to M. Labaton, which would be Mark Labaton,
at Christensen, Miller?
A It appears to be.
Q On December 14th, she sends you this e-mail --
Q This corporate communications e-mail that was sent to you
by Mrs. Greenwood, talking about "human resources being flooded
with e-mails and phone calls from employees who are angry and
upset, did you call her on the phone and talk to her about
this e-mail?
A I don' t remember that I did.
Q Do you see her phone number at the bottom?
A I do.
Q And she's asking, "Is there an FBI case number and should
we give it out to employees?" Did you respond back to her by e-mail regarding this
e-mail?
A I don't remember that I did.
Q And this corporate communications announcement that went
out, this flash announcement, that deals with this "flood of
angry e-mails and upset people.
A Again, without seeing it, I wouldn't be able to answer that.
Q Does that document refresh your recollection?
A It appears that it was sent to the e-mail account I was using at the time.
Q And it's also again Cc' ed to Mr. Labaton?
A Correct.
Q Did you also receive an e-mail from Mrs. Greenwood on December 21st regarding a fraud report?
A Again, I'm going to have to look at it.
Q Sure.
A Again, this looks familiar.
Q And where she says, "I am pretty sure that Killercop had already stolen the information at the time of the credit application," did you discuss with her what she meant by "I am prettysure?
A Again, I don't have a specific recollection of a conversation regarding that.
NOTE TO SELF.
If you once knew: when did you learn the answer?
Who did you tell?
Why don't you know the answer now?
What could you do to find out [the answer]? I withdraw the question...and thought.
Q But she's making allegations that she's pretty sure I stole something?
A That's what she typed in her e-mail.
WELL GOLLY GEE, ALRIGHT THEN, IF SHE SAID IT IT MUST BE TRUE!! NO NEED TO INVESTIGATE FURTHER!! SHE IS "PRETTY SURE!!" THAT'S AS GOOD AS "ALMOST".

How nice of Jeffery Cugno, F.B.I. Agent, et al, to selectively investigate crimes against Citizens with such dribble. Whatever happened to "just the facts." And due process.
I think he needs retraining. And restraining. Just like Darcy Smith. She doesn't appear to be so smart. Just like Chuck, Ken, and this guy, too. I should just go ask Jeff in person. Then I can close this file. But then I remember this site is all about no questions asked, right?
