SALT LAKE CITY -- The man accused of the 2002 abduction of Elizabeth Smart was "kicked" out of a federal courtroom Monday for singing hymns as jury selection for his trial got under way.

U.S. District Judge Dale Kimball tolerated about a half-hour of Brian David Mitchell's soft hymns before ordering Mitchell to be taken to another room in Salt Lake City's federal courthouse, [by the Marshals] to watch Monday's proceedings by remote video.

I'm looking for the 'Puppy-Kicking, Chain-Smoking Porn Producers.'

The history of the Marshals is, quite simply, the story of how the American people govern themselves.

U.S. Marshals; a span of history that is unique in American law protection. The Marshals Service is a proud heritage - a tradition spanning two centuries of service to the Nation and dedication to the principles of our Constitution and the rule of law.

Except for when it comes to serving subpoenas in Judge Matz' court.

All kidding aside about my subpoenas not being served by the Marshals, I will state I have nothing but respect for the U.S. Marshals Service. Everyone I ever met in their Department was professional, polite and respectful, with the exception, noted below, named Darcy Smith.

The Marshals who escorted me to my trial-in-name-only even came down to vist me after the unjust verdict; before the illegal sentence, and told me they had all voted amongst themselves and their vote was not guilty. That meant the world to me.

I told them I understand, because they didn't have to follow Judge Matz's crooked jury instructions, for one. I was too beat down at this point, after my 12 day trial and the lack of rest and food; not to mention the last round of "treatment" I had been "subject of and subjected to," to even go on about all the evidence lost, secret hearings and mental torture, and the anguish of not seeing my Freedom, ny loved ones, and so I simply thanked them, for their honesty.

But I still wish someone would have served my subpoenas. Or told Judge Matz to @ least afford me a video monitor to look and listen during the secret and unlawful hearings. Geeeez, I can't get any service? And I gotta do the heavy lifting?

DEAR KILLERCOP,

I suggest Darcy read the First Amendment.

But I guess it didn't matter, either way, since the fix was in from the start with the F.B.I. And their cover up, along with the local L.A.P.D.

They decided to fix me good, so good, in fact, that they promised me a complete "restoration."

They were going to rebuild me, like the Six Million Dollar Man.

So here I am again, better armed then before. Waiting on the restoration and Certificate reqiuired by the law.

Are you scratching your head, too? Don't bother, it's a complex case and a complex story. Hopefully it has a happy ending. Unlike this one.

How does judge Matz handle the same type of removal of a defendant, just like in the case article, on the left-top of this page regarding Brian David Mitchell?

 

Well, he fiddles around a bunch, first. Then he gets busy and says, "No looking and no listening!" In secret and unlawfully!

 

Then he covers it all up, off the record, well, as much as he could. Shhhhh. Secret injustice. In the interests of justice.

JUDGE MATZ: "ALL RIGHT. REMOVE KILLERCOP FROM THE COURTROOM. BRING HIM DOWN AND HOLD HIM IN THE CELL."

MR. NICOLAYSEN: YOUR ODOR, MAY I HAVE THE COURT'S PERMISSION TO HAVE HIM KEPT IN THE WITNESS ROOM, SO HE'S AVAILABLE TO THE COURT?
