HAVE YOU NO SOUL? A.K.A. The case of no right left.
After the selective arrest and prosecution by the F.B.I. and their boss, Debra Yang, Killercop was brought in front of the judge and informed the court that he is proceeding with all rights reserved. In order to trick him out of these God given rights they set a trap. They handed him a piece of paper to sign away his rights and attempted to convert these rights into a set of entitlements.
After examining the paper and noticing a total lack of his fundamental rights, such as Due Process, the right to confront your accuser, compel witnesses, or for that matter any rights at all, he refused to sign the document. For this act of refusal he was severely punished. And he had an attorney forced on him, more then one actually. Both before and after the unlawful secret hearing. And that's a fact. Do you doubt it? According to the trial judge, A. Howard Matz, a court goblin stole evidence. Killercop was later given an illegal sentence, which was covered up by his good friends and buddies, like Alex Kozinski.
Now it is his turn to punish them to deter future crimes, and to exercise all the rights he reserved. Since he can't deny the revenge thing. Actually all he wants is the "restoration" they promised him. Well, that and his right to confront his accuser, Gary Winnick.
