LETS EXAMINE THAT ASS-UMPTION OF A FACT. 1) IF THE COURT WERE TO LOOK AT PAGE 14 OF THE AFFIDAVIT, THAT AGAIN IS A STATEMENT TAKEN OUT OF CONTEXT. THE STATEMENT THERE, IF YOU LOOK AT THE WHOLE STATEMENT, WHAT HE'S ARMED WITH IS INFORMATION REGARDING THE COMPANY. HE'S ARMED WITH SECURITY REGIONS IN CLASS I AND II AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY. HE'S NOT SAYING HE'S PHYSICALLY ARMED. HE'S NOT SAYING THAT HE'S PHYSICALLY THREATENING THIS PERSON. -PRETRIAL TRANSCRIPT. APRIL 12, 2002, pg 18 2) I THINK IT'S QUITE CLEAR, FROM BOTH THE TRANSCRIPT AND THE ORDER, THAT THE COURT WAS NOT SAYING THAT THEY'RE 1 ASSUMING THAT, YOU KNOW, IT'S THE WORST CASE SCENARIO ... APRIL 12, 2002, pg 39 3) MS. DUARTE: BUT CERTAINLY, YOUR HONOR, THAT IS NOT PART OF THE 875(C), AND I KNOW THE COURT'S NOT SAYING IT IS... APRIL 12, 2002, pg 60 4) COURT: Just take that into account. I'm not saying at all what my ruling would be if the matter of bail comes back to me. And I'm not saying what, whether they should appeal that or move for reconsideration. AUGUST 22, 2002, pg 31 5) COURT: I'm not willing to require these lawyers to permit you, against your best interest, to require these lawyers to remain as your lawyers. You got too much baggage in this case. And it's not necessary for me to make any findings about who's right and who's wrong. I'm not saying you're wrong. I don't know for sure. SEPTEMBER 23, 2002, pg 21 6) COURT: Not much because I'm just assuming the Government will be ready to go on December 3. MS. DUARTE: That's fine with the Government THE COURT: If we have to change that, it won't be something that I'm going to be pleased about. MS. DUARTE: No, Your Honor. We're ready to go on the 3rd. THE COURT: I'm not saying you weren't. SEPTEMBER 23, 2002, pg 32 7) THE COURT: YOU KNOW, DR. BACKER, I UNDERSTAND IT'S INHERENT IN THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A COURTROOM SETTING AND EITHER AN EXAMINATION OR THERAPEUTIC SETTING, BUT IT SEEMS TO ME, THAT THE INQUIRIES THAT ARE THE ISSUE OF TRYING TO DETERMINE IN A FAIR FASHION CONSISTENT WITH THE LEGAL STANDARDS, WHETHER SOMEONE IS COMPETENT, INHERENTLY, ARE DEFICIENT, BECAUSE THEY DON'T PROVIDE THE EXPERT WITH THE CONTEXT AND THE FORM IN WHICH TO MAKE THE MOST CONSIDERED EVALUATION; WOULD YOU AGREE WITH THAT? I'M NOT SAYING THERE'S MUCH WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. WE'RE DOING IT PROCEDURALY THE WAY WE'RE EXPECTED AND AUTHORIZED TO DO, BUT DON'T YOU THINK THIS PROCEDURE IS FLAWED? 8) Accused: I don't know how I'm not incompetent since nothing has changed since the court first found me to be incompetent. I am not saying I believe I'm incompetent, but I'm not sure of the criteria based on this court's findings previously decided. I have yet to even be provided with a copy of Dr. Patenaude's report. If nothing has changed, then how I can be anything different than what I was originally? August 27, 2003, Pg 10 9) THE COURT: But I don't think there are going to be any items not authorized. I'm not presuming to interfere with ongoing legitimate security considerations. If there were a knife or something like that in this material, you would have the right to remove it, so I'm not saying it would be beyond inspection. October 1, 2003, pg 36

An extreme example of the Matzrix Syndrome resulted in a political prisoner being "entitled" to No effective assistance of counsel, No defense experts (plural), No due process, while being subjected to cruel and unusual punishment, ironically called Pretrial Detention. All followed by no vital Restoration Certificate, [the vital Certificate] required by the very law imposed on the prisonerto inflict the cruel and unusual punishment. "Only one tribunal ever adopted a practice of forcing counsel upon an unwilling defendant in a criminal proceeding. The tribunal was the Star Chamber." -U.S. v Faretta , 422 U.S. 806 (1975) OUTSIDE IT'S AMERICA. When speech is compelled, additional damage is done. Individuals are coerced into betraying their convictions. Forcing free and independent individuals to endorse ideas they find objectionable is always demeaning. -Thomas Jefferson

Welcome to the Matzrix Zone. #choosewisely A place of no fear. Hypothetically speaking. I learned there is a common mental condition called the Matzrix Syndrome, in which a person becomes blind to facts and reality, however they are unaware of it and will deny it, as their brain generates (false) visual images so they continue to believe that what they see is real and truthful, while committing the most heinous of crimes, believing their action and conduct to be lawful, when in fact and reality their conduct is facially unlawful. People who suffer from this mental condition are unable to confront each others illegal, and sometimes unlawful, actions, when in groups of two or more. Put 3 people with the Matzrix Syndrome together in a room, and they actually believe ANYTHING is possible. Nothing could be further from the truth. WARNING: It is highly contagious. I don’t know the future. I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it’s going to begin. In the Matzrix Syndrome mind they cannot believe the fact and reality that they are not in control of others lives, without authority. In their minds, other souls are but "mere mortals." To them they are Gods, able to deny rights, and to impose their will upon others, without limits. None of us want to believe that we’re not in control of our lives, but our beliefs are often not the same as the truth. People with the Matzrix Syndrome need to control others, without regard to the facts, the law or reality of time and space. "Guns. Lots of guns." A gun is the recommened solution to end the Syndrom, when all else fails. It is more humane way to put them out of their misery and agony. It is cruel to watch someone suffering and do nothing.
While Killercop is getting ready for a massive attack on the LAPD and the Agents, his brain tells him that nobody has ever done anything like this. However, that’s exactly the reason why Killercop believes it’ll succeed. Freedom and liberty is the right to choose. Choice is one of the main truths in Killercop and in the law, and it all eventually worked simply because he chose to believe it will. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
This cold-blooded quote came at the very beginning. “If I were you, I would hope we don’t meet again.” In The Matzrix Syndrome Reloaded, Killercop finally meets the Architect, the guy who designed the Matzrix. In their long conversation, the Architect focuses on how stupid humans are because they always “hope” for something better. Well, Killercop had shown him just what “hope” is after delivering this epic, powerful quote. You ever have that feeling where you’re not sure if you’re awake or still dreaming? People suffering delusions from the Matzrix Syndrome are awake, fully awake, yet act like they are asleep. Like the lights are on, but nobody is home. The cure of the Matzrix Syndrome requires a red pill. You take the blue pill — the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill — you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes. Remember, all I’m offering is the truth. No thing more. I’ve seen Killercop punch through a concrete wall. Men have emptied entire clips at him and hit nothing but air. Yet, their strength and speed are still based in a world built on rules. Because of that, they will never be as strong or as fast as he can be. Sooner or later, you’re going to realize – just as I did – there’s a difference between knowing the path and walking the path. This means that even if you know what you must do – what path you must take, it means nothing if you don’t move your feet and do it. “You hear that, Killercop? That is the sound of inevitability!” This awesome quote comes in The Matzrix, when the judge forces Killercop down on the tracks, waiting on a train to splatter them both. Of course, nothing would happen to Matz, as he’s nothing but an illusion, but it shows just how ruthless he is and to what lengths he’s ready to go to destroy Killercop. You didn’t come here to make a choice. You’ve already made it. You’re here to try to understand why you made it. What do all men with power want? More power. You are a slave. Like everyone else, you were born into bondage, born into a prison that you cannot smell, or taste, or touch. A prison for your mind. People's senses when suffering from the Matzrix Syndrome, and their brain’s interpretation of the signals they send, can feel real, even if they aren’t. There’s no way of knowing – until they know. Often too late. A déjà vu is usually a glitch in the Matzrix. It happens when they change something. Or, when they hide someone, or something, like an Expert, or three. And their reports.
