In the LAPD and LAPPL's malicious and frivolous lawsuit they allegedly used the word "murder," no less than 7 times.****Notably, and of 'utmost' interest was the fact that allegedly the word "bounty" was totally missing within the words of the lawsuit. Totally unlike here where it is found in about 296,000 results. I also noted that allegedly the word "legally" was omitted in it's entirety too, except in one instance. Very selective and deceptive. Allegedly the word "Google" is also omitted. Guilt by omission. Killercop.com has been online since 1997. It has never been accused of committing a crime, nor has anyone ever accused it of committing a crime on it. Unitl 2023. I am not, nor have I ever been, affiliated with any "gang." The LAPD Internal Affairs and LAPD Detectives, as well as the LAPPL has been aware of my website since 1998 The U.S. Marshals Office has been aware, of my website since 2007. In 2023, March 24, the LAPD, and LAPPL, claim the suddenly "had to" file a frivolous lawsuit; purely as gravitas, to censor my entire Twitter account and one youtube account; claiming "intentional" infliction of emotional distress." They claimed they "had to" because they had "requested" Twitter to please censor my account and Twitter had declined their "request." After they 'rushed' the frivolous lawsuit to court the ploy worked, Twitter removed the entire account @killercop1984 on March 27th, and Google removed my Youtube account, feeling powerful they went on a week long media blitz of copaganda. The reports from the LAPPL lawyers and detectives were almost instantaneously taken as confirmation by all main stream news outlets of an emerging narrative about Killercop.com — and it began with this simple lie that, "this website 'suddenly appeared a day or two ago.'" It is 'dangerous.' It is 'threatening.' The owner is a 'domestic terrorist.' He is offering a "bounty." The "bounty" is to "murder" and "assassinate" lapd officers." He caused "intentional" infliction of emotional distress" to 3 LAPD officers, and their wives, by viewing it. The owner 'pleaded guilty' previously in federal court to making threats. Robert Rico of the LAPPL played the "domestic terrorism" card, claiming, "This is domestic terrorism at its worse." As well as, "We certainly hope that Twitter and Google act with a sense of urgency to remove this threatening domestic terrorism site," Craig Lally of the LAPPL claimed I was offering "bounties" to "murder" LAPD officers, claiming, "We are appreciative of Twitter acting swiftly to take down this dangerous site that called for the 'murder' of Los Angeles police officers," They were on such a roll that they scared the chief of the LAPD, who in turn also made statements that crimes had been committed, saying that "We have people who have taken the list and are now criminally, we believe, making threats against the safety of officers, calling for a bounty and awarding a bounty for individuals who would go out and kill a cop." Now, almost 24 months later, I sit here, unserved with the 'civil' case, unarrested for any crime, or charged as a domestic terrorist, minus 1 Twitter account censored and 1 Google Youtube account censored and the fear of arrest in the future by these numerous LAPD detectives out to get me, law be damned! They have shown they are willing to boldly lie to the FBI, which is a crime in of itself. That is how desperate they are to silence this website. Also note, not one TV station invited the me to speak for this website. One hack reporter from the LA Times newspaper who did call, willfully neglected to ask if the easily disprovable lie, "Sutcliffe 'pleaded guilty,'" he was about to publish across the nation, was true, before he published it. Damage done! The lie became truth. Moreover, FoxNews 'emailed' the owner for comment, 3 minutes before publishing their story containing these one sided lies of the police, too. This is called sandbagging. Then they continued, all week, to invite the LAPPL on TV to regurgitate the lies and fake news. But again, no invite here. Just hate filled comments and threats from their readers against myself, my wife and child. Thanks Fox. The LAPD could not control the people without you. You write what you are told!
