Detective Chuck Zeglin is a utterly incompetent disinformationalist for the state.

After the unlawful raid and extortion by the police of California, and the F.B.I., the cops set out to stop him from exposing their crimes. By any means possible.

The beginning of the process and the easiest way was to attach a label to him, which they proceeded to do with the cooperation of the passive state news station, NBC. They called this site a "gang" site, and the previous owner a "gang affiliated person."

 

This is a classic "disinformationalist" tactic.

Then came the arrest... But there was more to the story...see he knew about the raid to silence this site, the one without a warrant. And so did the F.B.I. back March-April of 1998. They all saw the contents of the site...without authority, and found out that they had broken the law for nothing. And no I will pay you a large reward to kill them
