"what would be the capacity of law enforcement
and of the courts to SUPRESS this kind of SPEECH?" -Judge A. Howard Matz, PRE-TRIAL HEARING OF KILLERCOP.COM
A QUESTION FOR AMERICA:
Is "pretty good" pretty much like "pretty clear?" Because I'm "pretty sure" it is not. I know, it's complex. (.pdf) But then again, I'm officially nutzzzzzz, until certified (.pdf) un-nutzzzzzz, in a competent court of the law. So I am waiting on the law. It sure is not speedy...

I'm no expert. Anyone seen an expert yet?(.pdf) Maybe the Goblin ate him!! He has our certificate required by the law and I need it to be officially un-nutzzzzzz. But tell him to hurry, 'cause I am about to get legally crazy again, on account of it. But it's a secret.
Here is the rule of law: Wherever Law ends, Tyranny begins. And that's a fact! Why? CauseIsaySo!! You are not entitled to anymore information, 'cause ya got no right to it. Git it? I bet you will soon enough. I'm all a Twitter waiting to see your reaction, to my reaction, to your Treatment. You'll just die when you see what I have in store for everyone in 2010.

Now move along folks, nothing more to see. Make like a Quack and disappear like Dr. Who. |
COPY OF LETTER SENT TO FBI IN SPRING OF 1998
COVERUP DOCUMENT
DEAR FBI,
Below is the whole story of what I have endured seeking to secure my civil rights. If you would be interested in speaking to me, please contact me at a suitable time. I work as a computer administrator. My home number is 310-659-8246
10/7/95 On Oct 7, 1995, I was assaulted on a public beach in Venice. When officers arrived at the scene I told the officer in charge, Lisa Ippolito, I wanted to make an arrest of the woman for Assault and Battery. The officer refused, she then "kicked" me off the public beach against my wishes, then falsely arrested and detained me on accusations from the woman whom had just assaulted me! Accusations that were false on their face, such as "Attempted Breaking and Entering!" The official LAPD version is that I willingly left the public beach. Then while being hotly pursued by several female officers, and the woman whom had just assaulted me in tow, I attempted to break into the same woman's home, in broad daylight, in plain site of all of these police! What I was really doing was talking to her roommate, a friend of mine at the time. He confirmed I was doing nothing wrong to the officers. The police still refused to release me. I was then arrested 1500 feet from my vehicle, for a traffic infraction! (Later dismissed by a traffic judge) I complained heavily to her commanding Officer, Captain Doan, and Internal Affairs, by means of the telephone and mail. In the mean time, I sued the woman for the assault in Civil Court. She admitted committing the assault. After the first IA investigation came back as unfounded, I contacted her Captain again and he reopened another Internal Affairs investigation, this was headed by a Sgt. Felix. Sgt. Felix was given copies of the assault conviction as well as my previous statement. When he interviewed me, he not only saw fit to write down my allegations but to tape-record them as well. His investigation concluded the same as the first; they had done nothing wrong! I called the Captain again but this time he would not speak to me, instead I got a Lt. Manion, this man refused to answer my basic questions, then concluded our conversation with an implied threat. This was also recorded on an audiotape, only this time it was my audiotape.
2/16/96 I went to the Police Commissioner's Office at 150 N. LA Street, in downtown LA. There I met a man by the name of Carl Paneno, a civilian member of the Police Commissioners office. He said that it sounded to him like some very basic questions were not being answered, or asked, and took me upstairs to meet two detectives from IA to reopen, for the third time, an investigation. One man by the name of Det. Ed Silvera took all my evidence; they then took another statement from me and my audiotape. I "assumed" that the matter would be resolved.
3/22/96 I called Detective Silvera, he informed me a "Lt. Twohy" (Pronounced 2-E) had been assigned the case. I called Twohy and he informed me he had not received it yet, but when it arrived, he would look into it. That was the last I heard from anyone from IA.
3/2/97 I see a man making jewelry on the boardwalk of Venice Beach, two officers approach him and proceed to take his jewelry away, while yelling at him. While one officer is writing him a ticket I ask the officer what penal code he had violated, she says to wait off to the side until she finished writing her ticket. I go back to where the man was sitting and wait. After concluding her the man returns, I ask him what he had done wrong. He says, "How should I know, go ask them." I return to where the officer is standing and again ask, she gave me an angry answer of "If you want to know, go to fucking Law School. In the interim her partner leaves the back of their vehicle and approaches me. I see by her nametag that it is Officer Ipolitto. When she recognizes me she say's "It's you! Get the fuck off this beach now!" When I refuse, she attempts to arrest me, while her own partner Utly yells out "No Lisa, just let it go." The officer says, "No, don't you know who this is, this is the fucking asshole from 1 1/2 years ago who gave me all those problems with IA. She then arrested me and charged me with Interfering with an officer. I inform her commander at the station, as well as Sgt. Felix of this new "situation" while I was being booked. I go home, write the details of the day, then mail it to myself. See enclosure) I hire an investigator to locate two witnesses who were present during the arrest. One was named "Tony" AKA "Tony Harris" AKA "Sean (Shaun) Anthony Ritchie who I later found out to really be named Richard Armijo. He was the man making the jewelry mentioned above. The other was "Stephen Sinclair" whose whereabouts are unknown at this time.
3/6/97 I contact Internal Affairs Division of the LAPD, speak with a Detective Gutierrez (serial 21617). He assures me Internal Affairs Division of the Pacific Division police station will conduct a thorough investigation. I told Detective Gutierrez all about my last IA investigation with Silvera and Twohy. I hire a private detective to locate the witnesses on the beach.
3/7/97 Sent a letter to the FBI, Civil Rights Unit, here is a copy. I call their office on 4/7 and 4/8/97. I spoke with a woman who would only ID herself as "Crystal" She said she was new there. Getting her name was like pulling teeth. She put the Supervisor of the Civil Rights Dept. on line with me and he informed me that they had received my letters and were aware of me. He also informed me they receive 60 letters there a day so it might take several months till they even decide if they have a case.
3/27/97 I am arraigned in Municipal Court, the City Attorney David Scheieiman adds Disturbing the Peace. I tell the City Atty. that I will never plead guilty and that I can prove my statements. He offers to me a "sweet deal." If I paid $150.00, he would let me plead guilty to Disturbing the Peace, and drop the Interfering charge. If I refused, he was going to use the original charge of Interfering, but ALSO an additional charge of Disturbing the Peace, to put me in jail for 6 months on each count and fine me $1000.00...on each count. I inform him of the background of the arresting officer Ippolito. I ask him to investigate my recent charges of Illegal Arrest, Perjury, Conspiracy, Organized Crime, Officer Misconduct, and so on, and arrest Ippolito under Penal Code 142 for the incident on Oct. 7, 1995. I show him a statement given by the street vendor mentioned above, by the name of Tony Harris. In this statement Mr. Harris implicates the officers and contradicts the officer's testimony. I show him evidence to support this finding, but he refuses to arrest her.
4/16/97 Internal Affairs Division of the LAPD contacts me, an Investigator Alora Axeworthy. She asks me what happened, and I tell her. She makes statements to me like "Are you sure she/they said that to you?" Then she tries to get me to relate to the other officer's point of view with statements starting out like "Put your feeling aside for a moment, how would you feel if someone complained about you at you work". This "investigator" then told me I should have waited until after my trial to file an internal complaint against the City's finest. She also said, "Now they really will try to get you because if they don't get you at your trial, it opens the door for you to go after them in Civil Court." She also said she did not believe the officers had done anything wrong. She also said she could do nothing to help me, that I obviously had "issues with the officer." She said I had no recourse until a judge determined I had been falsely arrested. I asked her to arrest the cop for false arrest so a Jury could decide her fate. She told me one could not do that. I told her about the witness to the officer's crime...Tony. She grew silent at that. She said she would look into it...
4/26/97 I received a telephone call from Axeworthy. She said she had not been able to get a hold of this (Tony person). She had tried now for a couple of weeks but she does not know who he is and she was hoping I could get a hold of him for her. She then tells me she has tried the "best" she could to get a hold of him but she just cant get a hold of him. If I had any information, she would appreciate it because she cannot find him and she is closing her investigation tonight! I record this conversation.
5/3/97 I went to my local police department and spoke to the Watch Commander, Lt. Kroeber and a Sgt. Abney. I request to effect a Citizens Arrest of Officer Ippolito. I was told by the Watch Commander, because I had taken out four Internal Affairs complaints, (all of which came back as unfounded or lost!), he would not arrest her under California Penal Code 146. He told me to go see the police where she is employed. I requested he allow me to make a citizens arrest. He again refused. I went to Pacific Division Police station and met with the Watch Commander there. While there, I make the same request to Arrest Ippolito. He takes me outside and tells me of penal code 236. He informs me that because the City prosecutor had brought forth the charge(s), presently pending against me, that satisfied the requirements of a regular process. I explained that I was referring to the later part of the code 146 that refers to unlawful authority. He disagreed and told me I would be charged with False Arrest if I proceeded further in my quest. I say I will take my chances and he denies my request but suggests I speak with the new IA officer in charge of my case. He suggested I speak with, Internal Affairs Investigator Axeworthy! She comes out to the front desk; I inform her that I have a statement from "Tony" to the officer's crime. She proceeds to become agitated saying things like, "Now I have to open this case again!" and "People make up these kind of things all the time." She says "I can't use this or any of your documents, in the future just take them to court with you and give them to the city prosecutor." "After they are done with you, then come see us and we'll investigate your complaint, if there's anything to investigate". She says she knows exactly who "Tony" is, and exactly where "Tony" is. Sgt. Axeworthy tells me Tony's statement does not help her investigation. The reason is that Tony wont talk to her to corroborate the statement. She contradicts herself several times when pressed if she had indeed talked personally with "Tony", as well when asked if she knew the location and whereabouts of him. She then berates me, cuts me off and slams the door in my face. I contact Mr. Paneno to inform him that I was afraid she would not introduce my statement into evidence and he informs me to contact IA as well as her Capt. to inform them of our conversation today. I do just that.
This conversation was recorded. One of those people tells the City Attorney about the tape. The City Attorney decided to steal this tape from me during the next pretrial hearings after I subpoenaed Axeworthy.
6/13/97 I appear before Commissioner Diane Wheatly, she quashes several of my Subpoenas, including the one of Lt. Twohy! The City Attorney tells the Court that I have this tape of Axeworthy and motion to the court that they want to take it into possession, and do so literally at the point of a gun. Then he informs the Court that they will be turning the tape over to LAPD for further charges, an officer sitting off in the side waves hi to the judge.
6/16/97 I go to court and ask the clerk to ask the Commissioner for an In Camera session, the clerk says to me "She told me to tell you she doesn't give sessions to Pro Per Defendants. I say "oh really". I go home and type a formal request for an In Camera session and return. Again she shoots me down, I find a real judge and tell them what's happening, they say request an advance of your case and speak to her in front of the DA. I do. This is where things take a turn for the worst. See below.
6/17/97 I go back to court under "special appearance" to have the DA and the Commissioner held for Contempt of Court!
6/18/97 I speak to a Judge Groneman again and voice my concern, he tells me to bring it further up the chain of command to the police. I get home, call, and make an appointment for tomorrow with Capt. Doan. I then call his supervisor, Mr. Michael Bostic, and attempt to make an appointment with him. A woman named "Mary" asked what this was in reference to, I tell her and she said she would check his calendar. While waiting for "Mary" to check, a Lt. McCarthy comes on the line, grills me, all the while asking me the question "had I mentioned these crimes in Court today?" He then tells me that no one sees or talks to Mr. Bostic, without going through him first.
6/19/97 I go back to Pacific Div. LAPD and speak to Capt. Doan. I inform him I still wish to arrest Ippolito, for Penal Code 142. I also inform him I am arresting her for False Arrest. I show him my evidence. He makes the statement "Are you familiar with the Penal Code for false arrest. He says he will arrest me if I arrest her. I reply "I'll take my chances." However, remember, you cannot arrest me until "after" I arrest her! He says "Forget it, it's never going to happen", he refuses to take her into custody. I leave and go to Chief Bostics office at 6464 Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. I tell his secretary Mary that I would like to make an appointment, a Lt. McCarthy appears and he tells me he knows all about it, yet refuses to look at my physical evidence. He then tells me to forget it; they will never arrest her. He tells me to leave. I again ask for an appointment with Mr. Bostic. This goon then tells me to leave again because "Mr. Bostic ain't taking any appointments, see." I ask is that for everyone, or just me. He says just me. I wish him a good day and leave. I go back to the Police Commissioners office, downtown LA at 150 N. Los Angeles Street, to try to speak to Mr. Paneno again, he is not in. I speak to an associate of his who writes everything down saying Mr. Paneno will receive it when he returns, I also leave a message for him to call me. I contact his supervisor, Police Commissioner Mader; she is not in either. I leave a message requesting she contact me. I attempt to make an appointment with the new Chief of the LAPD, Bayen Lewis. His office said to send a letter. Police Commissioner Mader never returns my call.
6/23/1997 TRIAL DATE:
I go to court and the Judge; Mr. Biderman assigns the case to another Division on Robertson Blvd. We all travel over there and the City Attorney asks the Judge to recuse himself from the case and assign it to another Judge in the building. By chance, it is the same judge who dismissed the traffic infraction back in 1995, so I request he recuse himself. He agrees and transfers the case back to where we started out in the first place and we all drive back. The City attorney finds a Judge favorable to him and lets the games begin. I ask for a public defender, as I now qualify after spending all my time and money defending this case. Judge Lisa Hart (Less) Cole {as they affectionately refer to her in the local Public Defenders Office} tells me, "The Public Defenders office won't send anyone over for just an infraction ticket." I am found "Guilty" of the infraction ticket on Utly's testimony alone. Ippolito never appears from day one of all of the pre-trial hearings, as well as today, for any cross-examination. Her Subpoena was also quashed since she was presently on injured leave, also because the City Attorneys office had dismissed her original arrest complaint. The basis for the disturbing the peace charge/infraction ticket was a felonious police report written by Utly to cover Ippolito's crime. It was dated a day before the arrest took place. At my "trial" on the infraction ticket, officer Utly continues to perjure herself by swearing "Under Oath" that the report was truth. Under cross-examination, she admits that she knows that it is a felony to prepare a document in a trial with false testimony. She lies and said I caused a crowd to gather on the beach on 3/2/97 by yelling, yet she denied that she had cried out "No Lisa, just let it go!" loud enough to attract the same crowd. The Judge would not allow "Tony's" statement attesting to that fact. Officer Utly also lets out an interesting bit of information; she was one of the officers present on October 7 1995 with officer Ippolito!
6/24/97 I appear back in Div. 92 of the Municipal Court and file a new motion to have my tape returned and file charges against the City Attorney for petty theft. The Judge, Mr. Biderman grants the motion and I am due back in court on July 15, 1997 to be heard. I return to work, arriving home I mail copies of this story, in a press release, to several major government officials as well as all TV and News stations in California as a mass mail merge letter.
7/10/97 Today on the CBS news, I see my previous Internal Affairs officer, Lt. Twohy, Remember him from 3/22/96? This 19-year veteran of the "LAPD Internal Affairs", had been arrested for having sex with a minor and using police computers illegally. He used the departments computers to access the database of the "DMV" to check on the birthdate of an under age minor he was having sex with, before and after work! No wonder he lost my case. In addition, you see Sgt. Alora Axeworthy, my present day, New and Improved, Internal Affairs investigator, on the same news show talking about "the crack down on crime at Venice beach" this summer, as well as their "Zero Tolerance Policy". This woman also tells the viewers she used to be a patrol officer just like Utly and Ippolito at Venice Beach, she is now in charge of Internal Affairs for all of the same officers she worked with. Talk about the fox watching the hen house!
7/15/97 I get my hearing on the seized audiotape. The City Attorney; David Scheiman, concedes they acted in vicious haste to maliciously attack me and so Commissioner Debra Yang, grants my motion to return my "stolen" property! I again request some "Equal Protection Under the Law" so that all parties, now including this bushy faced, beady eyed, little man, who "stole" my personal property, be arrested. The City Attorney specifically under Penal Code 490.1, for being a petty thief, but alas my words fall upon deaf ears. The "Court" attempts to defend his actions in front of the on lookers. "Actually the court took possession of your property Mr. Sutcliffe". "Based on what evidence and authority?" I reply. Silence... I file a notice of appeal on my infraction ticket and I hire a lawyer to handle my appeal at the personal cost of over $5.000.00
8/18/97 A Lt. Jacobs of the "Special Bureau of Investigations" within the LAPD calls me at home. He informs me that he is handling the new investigation, because of my letter to the new Chief of Police, Bernard Parks. This Special Bureau of Investigations is the people who watch the Internal Affairs cops. He says to think of it like this, we are the cops, who watch the cops, who are watching the cops. (Footnote...9/20/97 I call for an update only to be informed that this "Special Bureau of Investigations" has been disbanded by the new Police Chief Bernard Parks.)
8/20/97 I receive a letter from Inspector General of the Police Commission, Katherine Mader. She assures me that they have turned my letter and allegations over to the "Internal Affairs Group." She said in this letter that her "staff" would monitor and conduct a review of their investigations and findings upon completion.
8/21/97 I receive a form letter from the Justice Department from Mr. Timothy P. McNally, Assistant Director in Charge. Below his name was Louis B. Price, Supervisory Special Agent. The letter had a rubber stamp signature of Mr. Price's name. They said they could not investigate because they have established criteria, which must be met first, (in most circumstances) and I had failed to meet it. I wrote him back that day.
9/23/97 I receive a letter from Governor Pete Wilson's Office. It is a copy of a letter sent to the Mayor of Los Angeles, Richard Riordan, stating that their office is in receipt of the letter I sent stating all the facts contained in my investigation. They said they were bringing this to his attention in the "hope" the he will be able to address my concerns and respond to me directly. The letter further states that this matter is beyond the Governors purview, however his cooperation would be appreciated. A Tom Campbell, Constituent Affairs Representative, signs it. This letter has a real signature on it, not a rubber stamp. Think that will help? Doubt it!
9/30/97 I called Lt. Jacobs after not hearing back from him for some time. He informed me that the case is closed per order of the new Chief, Frank Piersol. (Note... Piersol took over for Michael Bostic and Lt. Jacobs took over for Lt. McCarthy) We have a discussion, he says he does not think I was assaulted that day in Oct. 7, 1995. I tell him he could not investigate his way out of a wet paper bag. I tell him the woman who did the assault pled guilty. " He replies to me "Well, you should then call someone else because this investigation is now closed. I call his boss and leave a message.
10/2/97 I call Lt. Jacobs's boss, Captain Frank Piersol's again after not hearing back from him. We talk for 1/2 hour and he sounds like a reasonable man. He asks what he can do to make me feel better. I say, "Arrest Ipolitto under Penal Code 142 (a)." He says "How about I just talk to her and explain the importance of good public relations" I say, "No, I still want her arrested." He says he cannot do that. As far as the LAPD is concerned, the case is closed. I said, "I know you won't do it, I'm going to do it, I'm making a Citizen's arrest the moment I see her. I further told him to inform Lt. McCarthy that I am coming to arrest him also for Penal Code 136.1 for what he did back on 6/19/97. He said he would do that for me. After our conversation, I sent him a letter.
12/2/97 Tonight I am watching LAPD "Life on the Beat" and I see my witness "Tony" being arrested for drinking a beer on the beach by a female officer. I will try to find out when this film was shot and the names of the arresting officers in an attempt to locate him again.
1/5/98 I call 213-485-3203 and ask to make an appointment with the new LAPD Chief of Police, Bernard Parks. I reach his secretary, Mary. She says hold on and transfers me to a Lt. Paysinger. I explain the whole story again. He informs me he will "look into it." I inform him of my intentions to bring in the Feds in order to sweep house, under authority of the RICO Act, should I receive no satisfaction.
1/6/98 I receive a telephone call at my home at 7:00 AM. It is Lt. Paysinger from yesterday. He informs me he has "personally" brought my file(s) to the Captain of Internal Affairs, who will be handling the case "personally" from now on. (Gosh, all this personal service!) He further states that I will be hearing back from them by weeks-end, (Update-1/16/98...Nothing yet!)
1/21/98 I have heard nothing, so I call 213-485-3203 and get a Captain Carter. He informs me that by 1/30/97, his "personally" appointed investigator will have a resolution to "the situation."
2/4/98 I call Captain Carter back and he say's, "New developments have arisen, can't go into any details due to privacy laws," but bottom line is this, he tells me to call back, in about another month.
I expected as much, so I call back to the LAPD HQ and ask Mary Miller, Chief Parks personal secretary, to make an appointment. (Once again!) Her attitude changes to an upset, angry woman who says, "You will never get an appointment with the Chief of Police!" I ask her, "You want to bet on that? She says, "Yes!" At this point she notices a beep and asks me, "Is this conversation is being recorded?" She then hangs up. I call the Mayors Office, Police Commissioner Katherine Mader, as well as the District Attorneys Office. I spoke with a Mr. Goldston 213-974-7441 He said he would down load this file off my Internet site (http://www.killercop.com) and present it to the Attorneys in his office
March 1998 I give LAPD Captain Sweet of the Mid -Wilshire Division, Constructive Notice of immanent arrest. I personally appear in the station house and audiotape my conversation requesting they "place the officer Terri Utley into my custody for Perjury" or face possible charges themselves of harboring a criminal. They also record the conversation and ask me to "give them some time."
4/21/98 My Internet Service Provider calls to inform me that a Mike Metts, of the High Tech Crime Division from Sacramento had called. Mr. Metts said he was getting a warrant together to seize all data on my World Wide Web site which he knew was being hosted on his company's computer. He informed them that he was transferring the data to Russia since he had received so many threats and complaints from cops and other people calling his place of work. They told him to secure it for them until they get their warrant. He tried to explain to them that the information was no longer under his control and they then threatened him that they would take all his company's computers if he doesn't save the data and hand it over to them.
4/22/98 My ISP called me again and said the LAPD and HTCD called and said they were coming down between 4-6:30PM to get my data.
4/23/98 I go downtown to the Los Angeles Criminal Courts Building and appear in Division 123 of a Judge Larry Paul Fidler. I give the clerk of court an Affidavit seeking the arrest of officer Utley for perjury. She says the Magistrate is unavailable. I say I will wait. She comes back out and says he suggests I come back tomorrow and see the head judge in Division 100, who is out today. I say I prefer to see him. She goes back inside and returns again saying, "He refuses to see you." I say that's ok; I will just sit here. She leaves, returns, and tells me he told her to tell me forget it, he's not coming out and the court is now closing. I ask if it is because of me, since no one else is present in the room save a court reporter and a bailiff and it is still early in the afternoon. She says "No, its because I need to get some work done."
4/24/98 I talk to my ISP who informs me a Mr. Willis of Fraud/Bunko Division of the LAPD called, as well as Mike Metz of the HTCD, they said they would come down Monday with the warrant. They still insist he must turn over data although the Internet site is no longer in his possession and there is now warrant yet. They insist he do so or face seizure of all his company's computers, in essence putting him out of business.
5/1/98 Today at 1:30 PM, Mr. Jimmy Rivers and I went to the Criminal Courts Building, located at 210 West Temple Street in downtown Los Angeles. I again attempt to file my Affidavit calling for a warrant to be issued for the arrest of officer Utley for Perjury. I also submit two other Affidavits, from Daniel Blackmore and Richard Armijo, which both support my claim of Perjury by officer Utley. The Clerk of Court is a different woman for last week; she takes my Affidavit and goes in the back room. Judge Larry Fidler is sitting on the bench. He sees us and asks if he can assist me. I tell him that I have given my paperwork to the Clerk. He leaves and goes into the back room. He returns and sits on the bench. The Clerk returns and returns my papers and says, "I can't do anything." I ask for her name, she replies, "I'm not telling you." The Bailiff gets on the telephone. The Judge scours at me. We exit the courtroom and see the Clerk in Division 100, a Stan Kadohata. He tells me the woman Clerk in Division 123 is Wendy Warren. I sign another Affidavit in front of him calling for the arrest of Judge Fidler and all parties involved; I also give him copies of the previous Affidavits. He accepts them and initials my copy.
We leave and go to the ninth floor. I speak to a Sheriff named Woodbridge. I ask him to accompany me to make a Citizens Arrest in Division 123. "Sure," he replies. "Just let me call my Sargent." Two minutes later he makes the statement, "We can't help you with your situation." I ask, "What situation would that be?" He says, "I don't know." I reply, "Then how can you claim to not be able to help me with my situation, if you don't even know what my situation is?" He says, "My boss, Sargent Nintz spoke to the bailiff in Division 123 and said to tell you we can't help you."
We leave the building and go outside. I see an LAPD officer named Diamond. I ask him, "Are you an honest cop?" He smiles and says, "Yes." I say, "I am making a Citizens Arrest, for Felony crimes committed in my presence, of several people located in Division 123 in this building and I want your assistance, will you help?" He replies, "Sure, lead the way." Once inside he makes a telephone call and a Sheriff appears form the elevator, its Sargent Nintz. They talk, the LAPD officer leaves and Nintz asks, "What's up." I start to explain, he cuts me off, refuses to look at my papers and then replies, "I assure you, no one from the Sheriffs are going to assist you in these arrests." We again leave and go to the Federal Building, to the United States Attorney's Office. They give me a form called "COMPLAINT REPORT" and say I may take it home to fill it out since, "The Attorney here only speaks to representatives of the people, not the people themselves." I ask what kind of representatives, she say representatives like the FBI, CIA and Secret Service.
We leave and go to the LAPD Police station located at 251 E. 6th Street. I speak to the Watch Commander there named Ronald C. Waugh. I make the same request to escort me back to the Courthouse to assist in the arrests of the people mentioned above, including Sheriff Nintz. He says only Sheriffs can have Jurisdiction in the Courtrooms. He tells officer Campos at the front desk to take a report. Officer Campos takes a report and a copy of my Affidavit seeking the arrest of the Judge, as well as all parties involved. I leave, go home and call the FBI. The same nice agent from last week answers, she recognizes me from our previous conversation last week and asks me to type this letter and send it to the Complaint Desk. I tell her it will be on their desk Monday morning.
5/9/98 I call ValueNet, an Internet Service Provider, to put killercop.com back on the Internet. A Louise Huskins agrees to provide service. She faxes me two papers and requests I fax her back the information requested.
5/11/98 I receive a call from a Bruce Campbell (925-943-5769 X101) who informs me that he has decided to decline my domain contract since, "One of our technicians here is familiar with your site and informed me it is very controversial."
5/10/98 My atorney handling my appeal calls me at home to tell me he is looking at a monthly news letter, published by the LAPD Protective League, which has my picture in it. The title of the article is "Who is killercop?" The article goes on to say that the information in my domain has been turned over to the Police for investigation in both civil and criminal prosecutions.
5/14/98 Since I have heard nothing from the criminal courts, relating from the papers I filed 5/1/98, I return to the courtroom of Judge John H. Reid in Division 100. This time I give the clerk another affidavit charging the Clerk Wendy Warren with contempt. The clerk, Joe Wadalini (Not the correct spelling) accepts it. I wait and nothing happens. After 1/2 hour I return to Joe and ask if the Judge would like to rule on both issues at the same time. I then hand him my copy of the affidavit filed on 5/1/98 to Clerk Stan Kadohata.
He takes that into the back and returns shortly. When pressured on the status he replies that, "This is a civil matter." I say no Joe, it's a criminal matter and I want you to stamp my documents 'Filed' with your little court stamper on your desk. He says, "I can't do that." I ask why? He replies, "I can't help you, I'm only doing what I've been told." I say I can respect that and inform him I shall be going to a higher source.
I arrive home and call a Mr. Goldston 213-974-7441 (See 2/4/98) I ask if he remembers me and remind him of our conversation. He replies that he knows who I am and states your domain is off the air. I said yes that’s correct. He tells me that I have "mis-quoted him" in my report in my domain. He states that the State Attorney of California now is investigating me, in regards to my domain. He says I "twist everything around to make me look good and everyone else look bad." I told him I did not mis-quote him, since I write these conversation down when they occur, and further, I was writing this one while we were speaking. He proceeds to tell me that I should do this and that if I wish to file a complaint and I reply "I'll do things my way, have a nice day."
Thank you for your time and consideration
