My name is Judge A Howard Matz. I went to Harvard, that means I am smarter than you. I don't protect your rights, my job is to "give" and take away your rights. I am batshit crazy and incompetent. And I like to gaslight indigent defendants.

I work with the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) to serve on its newly established Judicial Independence Committee. I advocate independence for all American Citizens, except for those I dislike, which is pretty much everyone, unless they are paying me, bribing me, or kissing my royal ass. Judge need independance to give poor, incompetent citizens illegal sentences.

I used to work at Bird Marella, but I got fired after I told their clients it would be a prudent thing to represent themselves in their cases. Especially the complex cases.

After being fired from Bird Marella, A. Howard Matz went to work for Killercop.com to take over Killercop's Twitter social media account after being forgiven for an epic blunder of judgment which lead to his sudden "retirement" from the federal bench on, of all days, April 1st.

Former U.S. Federal Judge A. Howard Matz Gets Fired From Bird Marella

A. Howard Matz was Senior Counsel at Bird Marella. His colleagues say he will not be missed, especially after telling current, and future, potential clients that it would be a "prudent thing to represent themselves" in their complex criminal cases.

Sources within the Bird Marella Firm stated that the final straw was when they learned he was roaming the halls mumbling, "Am I pretty clear? over and over. And yelling, "Frivolous!!"
