Cops: Public Servants or Fascist Pigs? (Part 7)
As I've pointed out before, someone being obnoxious, or even violent, does NOT necessarily make him a fascist. On the other hand, the fact that someone is occasionally nice, or helps someone, isn't proof that he is NOT a fascist. Several people have responded to my messages by saying that there are some "good cops," and as "proof" of that, cite situations in which police officers have treated them fairly, or have stopped some bad guys.
However, that has NOTHING to do with whether they are fascists or not. Keep in mind, the Nazis--I mean the ones who called THEMSELVES "Nazis"-- were probably polite and courteous to most people, most of the time. Furthermore, they sometimes went after real criminals (the non-government kind). And, as the saying goes, Hitler got the trains to run on time.
No one commits evil all the time, and just about everyone is nice and helpful to some people, even if just their own friends and family. The fascist test is not supposed to determine if "police" are always the bad guy (they're not), or to prove that there's not a shred of good in any of them. The test is whether American police have the fascist mindset, and all the evidence shows that they DO.
Interestingly, several former cops on my list have sent me messages AGREEING with that assessment. In fact, at the suggestion of my wife, I almost titled this message, "The Only Good Cop Is an Ex- Cop," but I wanted people to know that this is part of the "Fascist Pig" series.
But the truth of the matter is, if someone does the "job" of being a cop today, he is REQUIRED to be a fascist pig. (I know some who resigned rather than do that, which really impresses me.) As I've pointed out before, it is the OFFICIAL POLICY of police departments across the country to act like Nazi swine. Want another example? Here you go: - --------------------------------------
Pointing a gun at someone is a REALLY SERIOUS thing to do. Every responsible gun owner knows the saying, "Don't point a gun at anything you don't intend to kill." And yet American police routinely point guns at all sorts of people, when those people pose NO threat to the cops or anyone else. I'm sure that most of you have heard of the cop who shot and killed the unarmed guy on the train platform:
There are plenty of videos on YouTube of cops pointing guns at people who are not a threat to anyone. Understand--as every responsible gun owner does--that pointing a gun at someone constitutes an obvious, immediate THREAT TO THE PERSON'S LIFE.
It takes a really serious situation for doing so to be justified. So what heinous act must one do in this country before "law enforcement" will threaten your life? How about a little gardening? As subscribers to the JPFO web site know, one man in Wisconsin was accosted and arrested, and had his LIFE ENDANGERED, while he was planting a tree in his front yard, while openly wearing a firearm. Here is the story:
For now, let's ignore the fact that it's perfectly "legal" to openly carry a firearm in Wisconsin. And other States. And let's ignore the fact that the guy was on his own property. The cops made a direct threat to the man's LIFE, by pointing LOADED FIREARMS at him, when there was not the slightest hint that he was being a threat to anyone. Would anyone who is NOT a fascist pig point a GUN at someone who was doing a little gardening? No. It is a great example of the fascist mindset: that it's okay to endanger someone's life, and forcibly assault him, because he possesses the ABILITY to defend himself. So, was it just a couple fascists, or is such Gestapo thuggery officially sanctioned? Well, we don't have to wonder, because the chief Nazi in Milwaukee has answered it, loud and clear: http://www.jpfo.org/kirby/kirby-wi-top-crim.htm The first sentence from the Associated Press piece says all you need to know: "Milwaukee’s police chief said today he’ll go on telling his officers to take down anyone with a firearm despite Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen’s finding that people can carry guns openly if they do it peacefully." In case that wasn't clear enough for you, Fuhrer Flynn added another comment: “My message to my troops is if you see anybody carrying a gun on the streets of Milwaukee, we’ll put them on the ground, take the gun away and then decide whether you have a right to carry it.” Ed Flynn is a Nazi pig. But what I want to know is this: Where are the cops in Milwaukee SPEAKING OUT AGAINST THIS? If you happen to live in Wisconsin, or be passing through, you now have it, straight from the mouth of the top fascist, that you will be violently assaulted and have your life threatened, if they happen to notice that you are carrying a firearm, even if their own "laws" say you have the absolute right to do so. So where are the "good cops"-- where are the NON-fascist cops--loudly proclaiming that they will do no such thing? Hello? Anyone there? I do not make my next statement lightly or facetiously: Until a lot of Wisconsin cops start loudly proclaiming that they are NOT going to implement the Gestapo "policy" described by Fuhrer Flynn, and until that Nazi scum is either fired or fired AT, anyone with a gun in Milwaukee has the right to shoot any cop who notices his firearm. When it becomes "official policy" of American police to assault and disarm anyone they see with a firearm, then it should be the "official policy" of "we the people" to start gunning down cops on site. Think that's too extreme? Well consider these facts: 1) The Supreme Court, in John Bad Elk v. United States, acknowledged that the people have a right to resist unlawful arrests, even if doing so requires the use of deadly force. 2) J.B. Van Hollen, the District Attorney of Wisconsin, has acknowledged that people DO have the legal right to open carry in Wisconsin. Their own web site acknowledges that: http://www.doj.state.wi.us/ So I'm dying to ask Mr. Van Hollen, if some Wisconsinites decide to defend their right to be armed, by SHOOTING the fascists who do what Ed Flynn is telling them to do--which obviously constitutes false arrest, not to mention assault and battery--will Mr. Van Hollen prosecute those people for defending their rights? I'm betting he would, which would make him a liar, a hypocrite, and a fascist.
