Detective Chuck Zeglin was an utterly incompetent, disinformationalist for the police state news media .
"Battles today are as much about ideas and images as they are territories, if you're a military and intelligence agency, you're going to take down information that is in opposition and control the message."
"Only one tribunal ever adopted a practice of forcing counsel upon an unwilling defendant in a criminal proceeding . The tribunal was the Star Chamber ."-U.S. v Faretta , 422 U.S. 806 (1975)

Zeglin has taken one gang-related site seriously enough to conduct a full investigation: The owners of KillerCop.com, which suggested rewards for people who kill police officers in creative ways, were eventually convinced to take the site down before any potential charges were pressed. -alternet.org April 26, 2000
The label and libel :
After the unlawful raid and extortion by the police of California , and the F.B.I., the cops set out to stop me from exposing their crimes. By any means possible.
The beginning of the process and the easiest way was to attach a label to me, which they proceeded to do with the cooperation of the passive deep state news station, NBC . They called this site a "gang" site, and the publisher a "gang affiliated person." This is a classic "disinformationalist " tactic.
Then came the selective arrest... But there was more to the back story...see he knew about the raid to silence this site, the one without a warrant. And so did the F.B.I. back in the spring of 1998. They all saw the entire contents of the site ...without authority, and found out that they had broken the law, for nothing. So the LAPD conspired and lied to the F.B.I. Which is also a crime. Is anybody following the rule of law anymore, but me?
Suspicion that viewpoint discrimination is afoot is at its zenith when the speech restricted is speech critical of the government ," Ridley v. Mass. Bay Transp. Auth., 390 F.3d 65, 86 (1st Cir. 2004)
