Accusing me of "threatening federal officials," on public TV, since 2002 is "pretty" nuts.

Actually knowing and ignoring the law is "pretty" nuts.

Lies by omission is "pretty" nuts.

LAPD detectives telling lies to the FBI that I am selling weapons is "pretty" nuts. 

The FBI retelling the LAPD detectives lie to a federal judge that I am selling weapons is "pretty" nuts.

Selectively prosecuting me is "pretty" nuts.

An FBI agent laughing, as the police choked me, during the booking process, is "pretty" nuts.

Denying me ANY effective assistance of counsel and blaming that ineffective assistance of counsel on me is "pretty" nuts.

Replacing the ineffective assistance of counsel with a computer illeterate attorney, in a "complex criminal computer case," is "pretty" nuts.

Forcing an attorney on me, over my clear objections, is "pretty" nuts.

Issuing an ORDER to ship me off for a "mental treatment," with the collusion and agreement of the forced attorney, BEFORE ANY EXAMINATION, is "pretty" nuts.

Trying to cover that crime up by holding another unlawful hearing is a "pretty" hybrid kind of nuts.

A judge and prosecutor, both breaking a federal rule and constitutional rights, using the attorney forced on me, as an excuse to not allow me to be 'present' to cross examine and confront all three of them on their "treatement" of me is "pretty" nuts.

Ignoring the law, again, and hiding the Certificate of Restoration, REQUIRED by the law, is "pretty" nuts.

The trial judge then telling me it is "prudent" to represent myself in a "complex criminal computer case," is "pretty" nuts.

Denying me ANY computer experts for the defense, or expert reports, even though 3 were paid for federal dollars and hired, is "pretty" nuts.

Believing a "Goblin" is surrounding this case is "pretty" nuts.

Admitting you broke the law, by denying me fundamental rights to any assistance of counsel, is "pretty" nuts. 

Giving me an illegal sentence, and not correcting it, is "pretty" nuts.

Not admitting that going to a sentencing hearing without any effective assistance of counsel is illegal, because the appeals judge was annoyed with me, is a special kind of "nuts."

Forcing another admitted, conflicted FPD attorney on me for my appeal, who "confesses" suddenly that I am guilty, who then suddenly "quits," illegally, and then closes his law practice to go work for the trial judge's good friend in the DHS, is "pretty" nuts.

Thereafter, both the appeals judge (Kozinski) and the trial judge (Matz) [also good buddies] sending 3 armed U.S Federal Marshals to my home to threaten and try to silence me into self-censoring; who claimed I made them 'hate' the internet, is "pretty" insane. 

But you don't need to know that, inter alia, according to Deputy Marshal Ruiz.

The law is pretty clear and none of them followed it, but me. I hope this clears up any confusion.
