Lie: Twitter suspended the account in response to a request from the LAPPL.
Fact: Twitter said PFO without a lawsuit or criminal charges. Then the LAPPL quickly filed a lawsuit saying four tweets caused 3 cops "intentional" inflictional of emotional distress. 
Their lawsuit really feels like an exercise in saving face and an effort of futility.
