Till I get a trial, some justice, or someone from the company rights this obvious wrong. I am in contact with several-organizations who are offering support with the protest at this time. I am fine, my family is fine, thanks for the concern. We are struggling by with the help and donations of our friends. The littlest victim of the discrimination in this case is my daughter. This week I have had to take her out of the day-care because I have been unable to locate work since being discriminated by Global Crossing. She is too young to understand how evil people can disrupt a life, or family, which is a blessing I guess, but this still hurts me none the less. I can tell she misses her little friends. She still believes all people are good and that the Wizard of Oz is real.

Only with the knowledge of the company. Some might say that is dangerous, time will tell.
We attempted to negotiate a settlement of the issues with the company in the good-faith, but were rebuked. The General Counsel which was dealing with the issue while I worked with the company resigned. Global Crossing continues to deal in the bad-faith. We were left with no alternative but to sue.
I would prefer not to sue, but was given no other recourse. If the company wishes to come back to the table, in the good-faith, to work out a resolution, they need only ask, instead they prefer to attack me with more baseless accusations through their law-firms. As of October: 6: 2001 Global Crossing is even refusing to sign a time-card to pay monies owed for 2 days worth of the back-pay, which they admit they owe. This is being done as a subtle form of retaliation for the picket I am conducting.
Contact the Board of the Directors and Officers of the company and tell them what you think of this subtle form of the religious-discrimination and retaliation. Email them, fax them, phone or visit them. Pray for them. Let them know what is going on in their company. Honk your horn as you go by the company, or better, join us on the picket-line.
