A QUESTION FOR AMERICA:

Is "pretty good" pretty much like "pretty clear?" Because I'm "pretty sure" it is not. I know, it's complex. But then again, I'm officially nutzzzzzz, until certified (.pdf) un-nutzzzzzz, in a competent court of the law. So I am waiting on the law. It sure is not speedy...but it is baffled.

Why did Federal Judge A. Howard Matz seek to and ultimately deny all assistance of counsel, a fundamental right, on a struggling, indigent and incompetent prisoner, in secret, who probably never understood the nature, much less commissioned, the ill-advised theories and pleadings that Matz' conflicted and hand-picked court appointed attorneys came up with? When they weren't losing discovery and other files.

Perhaps because it wishes to obtain a precedent that courts could use to deter unsophisticated, or incompetent defendants, like me, from questioning the color of authority and the jurisdiction to deny fundamental rights.

He hates answering my questions.

I was already facing the loss of everything. To saddle me with no assistance of counsel, by claiming it would be a prudent thing to do, in a complex federal criminal case, sought by a giant financial institution, merely because they had the temerity to file baseless charges, was most likey worse than inequitable and unreasonable,
it was a travesty and treason.

But then again, Judge Matz is called an "unreasonable fact finder" by his own peers.

Even the goblins don't like him. Except his good buddy, Alex Kozinski. But, then again he is not the brightest bulb on the tree, either. But he thinks he is the most powerful.

I seriously rest my case.
