"IT APPEARS"
This is mumbo-jumbo.
This is disinformation.
This is a lie.
Whenever anyone begins a sentence with "It appears..." you are being deceived, with no fact(s) other then those two words. Period.
Nothing appeared after those words to prove a federal judge's statement that jurisdiction had appeared on the record. Yet the law is very clear. Whoever "transmits" any speech deemed unlawful/illegal is toast. Yet inside you can read how they never proved anyone "transmitted" anything. You'll read why they did this, and why the federal government is usurping authority, for control of the internet, at the expense of America's dying Liberties. Is our skin so thin as Americans that we now outlaw speech like Kings by a simple Decree? It appears some do, lest ye ever forget the dangers, other-wise it appears you and your children's children will for a fact be next.
