legal concepts of illegal police activity or other activity conducted under
alleged "color of state law" or "color of authority" and provides various examples of this conduct. The
examples may be taken from actual cases, or may be fictional scenarios designed
to illustrate specific issues of conduct as it may correlate to issues of law.
While this Site offers rewards to persons who engage in lawful conduct that
results in the death of a police officer engaged in illegal conduct, this site
does not advocate, encourage or condone any conduct that is illegal at any
time by any person or entity against any other person or entity..
Definitions:

“USER” is each and every individual who visits this

unsupported allegations or material misrepresentations of the facts,
depictions or scenarios contained in this Site. This does not include
any expressions of opinion provided they are identified as such. In the event any
USER, whether
individual, group or entity, that engages is conduct such as spamming, denial
of service attacks (such as pinging), hacking, Trojan horses, or sending
viruses that effect the ability of the Site to continue its presentation or
which in any manner results in the removal of the Site for any reason, based
on any such conduct, USER shall pay damages in the amount of five-thousand dollars ($5,000 U.S.)
for each day the Site is removed or down from the host as a result of such
conduct as described above. This Site encourages the expression of free speech
both as it may be supportive of this Site or any of the content herein, and
especially those expressions of opinion that are contrary hereto. Freedom of
speech in particular supports the concept that adverse opinions have equal

The USER enters the Site willingly, voluntarily and of

Reward Eligibility: In order to be eligible for
any reward offered by the Site, the USER must provide their email address,
name, telephone number and address. Failure to provide that information is
sufficient cause for denial of payment of the reward.
Taxes from the Reward: USER agrees that s/he or
it is
responsible for any and all taxes due to any government agency of any kind in
any country as a result of the collection of any reward paid by the Site to
the USER. The USER holds the Site harmless for any taxes relating to the
reward or any reward paid by the Site or anyone else.
Jurisdiction: This site is under the
jurisdiction of the California state and U.S of the A.
Attorneys Fees & Enforcement: USER assumes all
cost related to any legal action for any breeches of the agreement.
